In order to expedite the adoption of BNB and broaden the BNB Chain ecosystem through a number of cooperative projects, China Renaissance Holdings Limited and Yzi Labs Management Ltd have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The MoU was signed after China Renaissance revealed its cryptocurrency asset investment plan in June 2025. In accordance with the MoU, the business would invest about $100 million in BNB assets, making it the first publicly traded company in Hong Kong to have BNB in its portfolio of digital assets.
China Renaissance will be the most recent publicly traded company to add BNB to its digital asset treasury if the deal is finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chinese IT company Nano Labs, which currently has 128,000 BNB tokens, and the biotech company Windtree Therapeutics, which invested $700 million, are two more businesses that have selected the same digital asset. BNB Network business and Liminatus Pharma, a preclinical biopharmaceutical business, have selected BNB.
The Chairman and Executive Director of China Renaissance, Xu Yanjing, stated, “This partnership reflects our commitment to integrating digital finance into our core business.” “We hope to open up new investment opportunities and promote sustainable growth by utilizing our financial expertise and YZi Labs’ ecosystem insights.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The announcement claims that China Renaissance will make significant investments in BNB with the goal of producing competitive returns and sustained ecosystem participation. The company will create fund-based products and advertise BNB listings on authorized virtual asset exchanges in Hong Kong in partnership with China Asset Management (Hong Kong) and other partners.
Additionally, a Real-World Asset (RWA) fund worth hundreds of millions of dollars would be created to assist blockchain and stablecoin applications among Hong Kong-listed businesses.
To guarantee the success of these projects, Yzi Labs will offer ecosystem matchmaking, strategic consultation, and promotional assistance. Additionally, it will facilitate communication between China Renaissance and important Web3 participants, such as infrastructure providers, validators, and custodians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The partnership is intended to benefit both parties: China Renaissance will provide its financial services to strengthen the BNB Chain ecosystem while receiving access to top-notch blockchain projects and investment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
