The enhancement targets fragmented risk operations in financial crime investigations, offering an integrated, cross-functional hub powered by AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summy generates holistic case profiles, aggregating user background, transaction history, and behavioral insights. The assistant also proposes intelligent next-step recommendations to accelerate investigator decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The release comes as financial crime teams confront increasingly sophisticated threats, including deepfakes, fraud-as-a-service offerings, and rapidly evolving scam typologies. This follows a 30% year-on-year increase in the global average fraud rate, rising from 2.0% in 2024 to 2.6% in 2025, heightening pressure on teams to act faster and more collaboratively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the Summy assistant, key features of the upgraded platform include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-configured, customizable workflow templates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unified access to client data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customizable case views and granular role-based access controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real-time risk updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud Network Detection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFragmentation is one of the biggest threats in modern risk management,\u201d said <strong>Andrew Novoselsky<\/strong>, Chief Product Officer at Sumsub. \u201cWith the rise of deepfakes and complex fraud schemes, teams can\u2019t afford to work in silos.
