The American sports brand Nike becomes the world\u2019s highest-earning brand from sales of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with revenue of a whopping $185.32 million. Nike\u2019s total transactions are over 67,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here’s what we know:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The data from Dune Analytics revealed that the brand\u2019s total revenue is seven times higher than Dolce & Gabbana, which ranks second on the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n D&G amounted to 9,000 transactions, followed by Tiffany, which earned a revenue of $12.62 million with merely 74 transactions. While the luxury fashion house Gucci earned a revenue of $11.56m for 4,000 transactions. Adidas rounded out fifth place with $10 million in total revenue but the second most amount of transactions at over 51,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nike introduced its first collection of virtual sneakers, Cryptokicks, in April of this year. The collection included 20,000 NFTs, one of which was designed by Takashi Murakami. The item was purchased for a staggering $134,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Non-Fungible.com data indicate that NFT sales have decreased over the past 12 months, with the exception of a single increase on May 1 of this year.
